Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking an appointment with Imarika Health Services LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you confirm you have the authority to bind them to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services & Medical Disclaimer

Imarika Health Services LLC provides holistic health assessments and clinical services at 544 Main St, Worcester MA 01608 and via home visits, delivered by Judi Gachunga-Machira, NP. Services include medical consultation, health checkups, lab testing, nutritional guidance, glucose assessments, and home visit consultations.

Emergency Notice: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not rely on this website or contact forms in an emergency.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be booked online via Kareo or by calling 774-361-3848. We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to $50. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges. Office hours are Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 9am–1pm.

Payment Obligations

Payment is due at the time of service. You are responsible for all charges not covered by your insurance, including co-payments and deductibles. Outstanding balances not resolved within 60 days may be referred to a collections agency. Please confirm insurance acceptance with our office prior to your visit.

Expectations & Termination

Patients are expected to treat all staff with courtesy, provide accurate health information, and comply with agreed treatment plans. Threatening or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of the patient-provider relationship. Either party may end this relationship with reasonable notice; we will assist in facilitating continuity of care.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imarika Health Services LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our website is provided on an "as-is" basis. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes shall first be pursued through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Worcester County, MA.
